Our Application Technology consultants provide an end to end solution offering including Application Development and Integration, Application Architecture, custom IoT and mobile solutions, User Experience, Quality Management and Testing, Business Process Management and helping clients determine the best applications for their business needs and integrate new and existing applications into their business including Mobility integration. This high performing team works with various types of technologies and software framework such as Java, .Net, iOS, HTML5, ESBs, advises on the software development life-cycle, and helps architect and develop specific applications for clients. Additionally, they assist with integration of new applications and quality management and testing. Qualifications

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

- 1 or more years of consulting experience, supporting the Federal Government - 1 or more years of experience in customizations, SharePoint, JavaScript, JQuery, C#, .NET, HTML and SQL Server, including plugins, scripting, and form creation- Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline business processes- Proven ability to understand client needs and then envision and clearly document infrastructure and system design specifications via architecture design diagrams - Able to convey knowledge to developers, business users, and consultants to balance the use of native (OOB) features and the appropriate use of custom development - Solving problems related to both system and environmental limitations to provide solutions that meet customer needs - Creating and maintaining knowledge transfer documentation- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex issues and structure clear and concise written documents, adjusting style and level of detail depending on audience- Experienced with conducting compelling and effective (end-user) technical training- Feel comfortable communicating directly with clients over email and in-person- Managing recurring deliverable deadlines- Familiarity with project management, risk management, and issue management deliverables while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues - Identifying and resolving basic business challenges with limited assistance- Proven ability to be effective on multiple projects simultaneously amid shifting priorities


- Familiarity with working on an Agile team using iterative/SCRUM software development lifecycle Additional Requirements
