About the Role:
As a Fantasy Sports Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day merchandizing of all fantasy sports contests on the FanDuel platform and optimizing the processes of our Business & Product Operations teams. As a member of the Fantasy Sports Commercial Team, this role will provide the opportunity to work across all aspects of the business, including product development and marketing.
What you'll do:
* Create and refine Product Operations processes relating to the publication of fantasy contests and pricing of players in salary cap formats * Analyze and define contest prize paytable structures in order to maximize revenue and improve user experience * Collaborate with marketing regarding on-site promotions and retention initiatives * Perform revenue optimization analyses to ensure contest inventory appropriately capturing market demand * Support Fantasy Sports commercial team in establishing best Ways of Working across Revenue and Customer, Business & Product Operations * Provide stakeholder input on development of product and backend features * Identify and achieve opportunities for cost synergies and savings * Work with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of each department on a regular basis
