Lead key activities including quality audits, performance management, team building, training, goal setting. Build strong partnership with senior leaders and teams like Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing to drive quality and agility. Develop and maintain advanced level knowledge and hands on expertise in CureMD solutions. Work closely with Implementation leaders to constantly evaluate and optimize the onboarding experience.Skills & Requirements 5+ years of experience in implementing EMR systems and practice management in an ambulatory setting. 3+ years of building, leading and managing implementation teams in a fast-paced environment. Proven agile project management experience. Experience with revenue cycle management preferred. Track record of successfully managing complex projects. Demonstrated experience in collaborating broadly throughout various departments in a quality conscious EHR organization. Strong relationship building ability that leads by example, win trust and motivate others. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Self-starter with excellent communication and influencing skills. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
