The Compensation - Equity Analyst will report to the Compensation Director located in New York and support a global population of approximately 4,000 employees. The individual will focus on the administration of the firm's Equity Compensation Plans. The position will also be involved in other related compensation projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following areas:
* Day to day administration of the Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Performance Stock Units (PSUs), and Stock Options (SOs).? Responsible for data entry and maintenance of RSUs and PSUs into the company's equity administration service provider - Fidelity.? Monitor and track vesting and delivery of RSUs and PSUs.? Ensure correct tax withholding set-up at vest and work closely with payroll to report/process.? Review offer letter terms as it relates to equity awards.? Point of contact for employee Equity/Deferred Compensation related questions.? Compile equity data for proxy statements and SEC filings.? Work with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Tax and Payroll on the coordination of RSU, PSU, and SO transactions.? Collaborates with internal HR colleagues and external consultants on a variety of compensation related projects.? Assists HR Business Partners and other managers with compensation-related questions/issues.
Skills and Requirements
* 2-4 years of experience in equity or compensation area. * Excellent analytical, time-management and organizational skills. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. * Advanced Excel skills * Excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Experience in consumer products, entertainment or fashion industries, a plus. * Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures in HR and Finance. * Bachelor's degree.
