Customer service or sales background Warm, friendly demeanor providing remarkable customer service Enthusiastic, can-do attitude Well organized, resourceful and highly detailed Excellent communication skills on the phone, via email and face to face Taking on additional higher level tasks as new skills and knowledge are acquired Pitching in as necessary in a small team environment Able to manage many small tasks without dropping the ball Previous work or educational experiences that demonstrate these abilities
